workout - day 1...

well, today is the day. im starting my new diet, and workout plan. i kept it simple to start, so i don't get discourgaed, or... lazy. i need to whoop my body into shape, i have until the wedding, so august. i have some cardio, actually lots of cardio... planned for 30 minutes + everyday, except sundays. and mondays, wednesday and fridays, light weight training. :) tuesdays and thursdays i am starting up a running group. ladies, who run... in the evening. should be a success. also on tuesdays and thursdays, i have planned pilates. and of course everyday, including sunday, yoga!

should be intense. and the part im looking forward to the most, is lifting weights. and running of course.

a neightbour of mine, a trainer, is actually going to train me for a month, to see what happens. mostly he just wants to make sure i learn the right form for lifting weights, i start with him after easter. i've been reading and watching tonnes of books and movies, and shows on lifting weights... so i think it i keep it to the simple lifts... i'll be fine for 2 weeks.

my main concentration for the next 2 weeks is... diet.
