well, as the title suggests, it's day 2 of my workout, diet makeover!
i did awesome yesterday! i felt good all day long, except when the kids made a baby bath in the middle of the hallway... and spilt it everywhere, that was a little stressful. i tried so hard to maintain my cool.
my workout yesterday was unbelieveable! i took my time making sure i was lifting with the correct form. my cardio and yoga was fantastic as well... im feeling it today, im a little sore. but that good 'sweet pain'. that only tells me that what i did yesterday, actually worked!
i had more energy, and slept good. i feel absolutely awesome.
slept in a bit this morning, so i haven't had a chance to workout yet... most likely after lunch.
i took pictures, and measured yesterday, i think every 30 days i'll re-measure and take another set of pictures. just so i can document my progress. :)

workout - day 1...
well, today is the day. im starting my new diet, and workout plan. i kept it simple to start, so i don't get discourgaed, or... lazy. i need to whoop my body into shape, i have until the wedding, so august. i have some cardio, actually lots of cardio... planned for 30 minutes + everyday, except sundays. and mondays, wednesday and fridays, light weight training. :) tuesdays and thursdays i am starting up a running group. ladies, who run... in the evening. should be a success. also on tuesdays and thursdays, i have planned pilates. and of course everyday, including sunday, yoga!
should be intense. and the part im looking forward to the most, is lifting weights. and running of course.
a neightbour of mine, a trainer, is actually going to train me for a month, to see what happens. mostly he just wants to make sure i learn the right form for lifting weights, i start with him after easter. i've been reading and watching tonnes of books and movies, and shows on lifting weights... so i think it i keep it to the simple lifts... i'll be fine for 2 weeks.
my main concentration for the next 2 weeks is... diet.

my dress

i finally ordered my dress, ordered it on the 9th, so im a little late posting the details, but alot has been going on...
so it's white. with one strap. kinda wonky, like me. gathered to one side. perfect amount of bling. fitted to show off my sexy figure, well... it's a working progress. lol. almost there.
funny thing is, i didn't really like the dress when i first tried it on. we were able to take pictures at BRIDAL DEBUT... (the best customer service EVER, and i would recommend them to anyone and everyone getting married!!) anyways... i do digress... the more i looked at the pictures after, the more i loved the dress. i went a second time to a bridal salon i wish not to mention... where i didn't like anything, and everything was being compared to MY dress. so i went the next business day and ordered the darn thing. nervous, but did it.
it should be here the first week in july. time seems to be running out, now that the dress is ordered... moving on.
